Holding or Cancelling Your Membership
We are sorry that you're considering cancelling your MTC Spa Club membership.
If you're cancelling because you had an unsatisfactory experience at MTC, we would be grateful for an opportunity to make things right before you cancel. Please email us at info@massagenow.com if you have a concern or problem. Your email will go directly to the owners and General Manager and we will respond within 24 hours.
If you're considering holding or cancelling for another reason, here are a just a few quick reminders about your membership benefits, and answers to some of the reasons clients typically think about cancelling:
- Your Membership Sessions Never Expire
- You Can Convert any Unused Membership Sessions to Gift Cards for Friends, Family, or Charity.
- You Can Book Sessions From 9am - 10pm Mon-Sat and 10am - 9pm Sunday.
- You Can Put Your Membership on Hold Instead of Cancelling.
Membership Q & A:
Q. I don't have time to use my membership sessions.
A. Sessions never expire, and are fully transferable as gift cards. If you can't use yours in a month, it will stay available indefinitely. You can also convert extra sessions to gift cards for friends and family. Many people also don't realize that MTC is open from 9am - 10pm Mon - Sat and 10am - 9pm on Sunday. Fitting in a massage at night is a great way to sleep well and end your day right.
Q. I missed a few months and my credits are starting to pile up.
A. If you have the time to come in more than once a month, you're welcome to use as many of your extra sessions as you want at any time. If you don't, consider converting your extra sessions to gift cards. They make great gifts for friends, family, or charity.
Q. I'm going to be out of town for a few months and don't want to be charged in the meantime.
A. Instead of cancelling your membership, just fill in the date below when you'd like to be charged again. We won't charge you again until the 25th of the month you request we start again.
Q. I'm moving/traveling and will be back, but I am not sure when.
A. Just put your membership on hold indefinitely. When you come back just let us know you want to start it up again. We'll keep your information on file so you don't have to fill out a new agreement when you're back.
Q. My membership sessions are piling up unused because I forget to book my appointments.
A. You may want to set up a standing appointment to come in monthly with the same therapist, or on a specific day/date. Having a session set up for a specific day and week each month will help keep you coming in regularly. Call us at 310-444-8989 to book your standing appointment.
Cancel or Hold My Membership
To cancel, simply check the box indicating that you would like your membership to be on an indefinite hold. We will stop charging your card, and you may rejoin at any time without any initiation fees.
To put your membership on a temporary hold, please fill out the date you'd like your membership to start again. We will charge you again on the 25th of that month.
You will receive an email confirming your decision. If you don't receive an email, please contact us at 310-444-8989, Option 1.
Please note: If you hold after the 23rd of the month you will be charged for one final membership session on the 25th. You may use that session, convert it to a gift card, or call us to have it refunded.
