How am I charged?
After your first payment when you enroll, you will be charged between the 25th and end of each month to the credit card you provided and authorized for payment when you signed up. All credit data is stored in a secure, off-site, third-party database. MTC staff can enter data into the database but cannot retrieve credit card numbers from the database. Payments are made through a secure gateway.
How do I cancel?
Simply submit the form here before the 25th of any month. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation, which you should keep for your records. If you cancel after the 25th your membership will still be cancelled, but youâ??ll receive one final massage or facial credit.
What if I can’t use one of my monthly sessions?
All unused sessions roll over indefinitely, so you can either use them in a later month, or covert them to gift cards for friends or family.
Can my friends or family use my membership or discount?
You can convert unused sessions to plastic gift cards you can give to friends and family. You are the only one allowed to use your membership discount for products and services.
What if I want to come in more than once a month?
You can use your membership discount for 10% off any additional services at any time, or if you know you will be coming in more frequently you can purchase one or more additional memberships.
If I purchase a 60 Minute Massage or Fresh Face Facial membership can I upgrade some of my sessions?
Yes, you can always upgrade by paying the difference between the retail price of your membership session and the retail price of the session to which you want to upgrade.
