Cancellation Policy

How Do I Cancel an Appointment?

Please call 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid your therapist charging you the full amount of your appointment. Practitioners at the Center have put this policy in place to be fair to all their clients.

How am I charged for my membership?

After your first payment when you enroll, you will be charged on the 5th of each month to the credit card you provided and authorized for payment.

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply email [email protected] by the 4th of the month to cancel your membership for the following month. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation, which you should keep for your records. If you cancel after the 4th, your membership will still be cancelled, but you’ll receive one final massage or facial credit which will be charged for that month.
